  • Ematic™ Lubrication System – The Ematic™ guide bar, when used with STIHL OILOMATIC® saw chain, provides optimal lubrication and reduces oil consumption compared to conventional methods. Two strategically placed ramps in the guide bar rail help contain and direct oil to the sliding faces of the bar and chain links, including rivets and driver holes. This can reduce bar oil consumption by up to 50%.
  • STIHL® ElastoStart™ – The ElastoStart™ starter handle features a built-in shock absorber that significantly reduces the effort required to pull the starter cord. It smooths out the compression forces normally felt during cranking, improving comfort during starting.
  • HD2 Air Filter – The HD2 air filter is washable and durable, extending filter life and reducing maintenance costs. Its large surface area allows for longer operation between cleanings and maintains high performance even in dusty or dry conditions, offering superior engine protection compared to standard filters.
